The Varina Ruritan Club is located just outside of Richmond -off Route 5 in Varina. We are 1.5 miles west of I-295 and 3 miles east of 895.

Our Rental Facility
Varina Ruritan Building
The Varina Ruritan Club building has all the amenities you need. Our rental venue is convenient to almost every area of Richmond. Whether you are Downtown or are in the surrounding counties of Chesterfield or Charles City, we are, most likely, within 15 minutes of you.
Our building occupancy is 125 and we provide tables and chairs for your event.
Our party space rental fee is $450 per event.
We require a $200 security deposit that is refunded immediately after your event, and you are responsible for following all laws and ordinances of Henrico County and the Commonwealth of Virginia and to obtain any necessary permits.
All fees are refundable if canceled with at least a 7-day notice.
Varina Ruritan Outdoor Grounds
The Varina Ruritan Club's outdoor lot is perfect for moderate-size events where you need some open space and plenty of parking.
