About the Varina Ruritan Club

Buddy was raised in Varina. He graduated in 1972 and then went to the University of Richmond.  He has been a financial advisor for 45 years 

He has been a member of the Varina Ruritan Club since 2005 and has dedicated considerable time to our community service organization. 

Buddy and his wife Kathie have 3 children and 7 grandchildren, and he enjoys golf and baseball during his free time.

Dickie is a graduate of Highland Springs High School and a lifelong resident of Eastern Henrico. 

He has been a Varina Ruritan Club member since 2017. 

His hobbies include relic hunting, fishing, and spending time in OBX.

Maurice has been a Varina resident since the 1970s. He moved from Southwest Virginia and raised his family here in Varina.

He has been a part of our community service organization e 1987.

Maurice enjoys working around his property and traveling to historical places abroad. He has traveled to many national parks around the country. 

Randy values being a part of the strong Varina community and the fellowship and goodwill that are the cornerstones of the Ruritans.

He has been a Ruritan member for over 30 years. 

His efforts have contributed to solidifying the club and he continues to work diligently to ensure its promising future.
